years and were looking for you!General Information CNC Operator located in Macedonia, OH Starting pay is $18-$25/hour based on experience All shifts available.
1st is 7am to 3pm, 2nd is 3pm to 11pm, 3rd is 11pm to 7am.
Must be available to work OT.
Temp to hire opportunity with the company.
As the CNC Operator you would perform duties to produce machined parts by operating a CNC machine.
Duties/Responsibilities Interpret drawings, instructions and process sheets to determine work to be done.
Perform a variety of milling, drilling, boring or related operations to close tolerances.
Review setup sheet and specs to determine machining sequence and dimension of finished workpiece.
Manipulate controls and enter commands to specified set point and to start machine.
Perform inspection and gauging operations.
Measure parts for conformance to specification.
(Micrometers, calipers, depth gauges, indicators, thread gages, go/no go gages and scales, air gages, leak testers, and others) Documentation of process by completing production and quality paperwork.
Work with tool holders, cutting tools, boring bars, fixtures, inserts, and other accessories.
Work with various metals, castings, composites, plastic or rubber materials.
Clean machine, tooling, and parts and perform basic machine maintenance.
Skills/Qualifications 1
year experience in operating CNC Mills and Lathes.
Able to perform offsets, measurements, and shop math.
High School Diploma or GED.
Schooling in CNC is a plus.
Will be subject to pre-employment screening.
