In this role, your primary function will be machining close tolerance components and fabricating complex products.
To accomplish your assignments, you must first and foremost be self-motivated, quality minded, and team oriented.
You should be able to comprehend 3D CAD models and 2D drawings, setup and operate CNC and manual machining equipment, and inspect finished products to specifications.
This is a 1st shift position typically Monday - Friday.

Experience with CNC equipment is preferred Accountability for a clean and organized work area Willingness to work on other on our team to provide quality products and services to our customers Primary skills Proficiency with machine shop equipment Selecting appropriate machine tooling and cutters Defining machine tool speeds and feeds Utilize 3D CAD models Blueprint reading Situational assessment Problem solving Creative thinking Project planning Tools Required Standard machine shop tools such as micrometers, dial indicators, vices Education High school diploma or GED required Vocational or technical training in a similar field, graduate from a certified technical school preferred Physical Ability to stand for long periods of time, walk the length of the plant several times per day Ability to lift items up to 30lbs.
