Utility Summary The Utility perform material change overs, set ups and maintains material feeding units on injection molding machines in the Production Department.
They directly support the Production Team to ensure the production of high quality parts in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
Perform material and color changes on plastic injection molding machinesSplit molds and pull insulated runners from moldsSet-up and adjust material mixing unitsAccurately document color usage and product completion in IQMSMaintain clean and organized material storage and work areasTransport pallets of finished goods to warehouseAssist production by providing breaks to Machine Operators as requiredFollow all Company processes and procedures to ensure safe, productive work environmentPerform other duties as assignedRequirements:
1-3 years' experience in material handling in plastics manufacturing environment preferredAbility to read and comprehend process set up instructions and company policies and proceduresMechanical aptitude with ability to use basic hand tools is requiredGood organizational skillsAbility to lift and carry up to 35 pounds frequentlyAbility to follow safe manufacturing practicesMust be motivated to work with or without constant supervision in a group settingAbout Us:
